In order to free as much of the elders' time as possible for shepherding of individuals and groups in the congregation on a personal level, while at the same time ensuring a spiritually healthy environment, we have organized the functions of the church into five areas.

Each elder is partially responsible for one cluster of ministries as well as his primary responsibility of spiritual leadership of the congregation. The five cluster areas have been identified as follows:
