MOMS is a fun and friendly group of mothers of young children that meets onWednesday mornings during the school year from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Vancouver Church of Christ building. Anyone is free to come. Childcare is provided.

The purpose of MOMS is to provide women an opportunity each week to develop friendships, receive encouragement in their roles as wives and mothers, and to instruct them on topics relating to homemaking and childrearing.

Topics vary from week to week and include themes like:

• Self-defense
• Craft Day
• Preventing Domestic Violence
• Recipe, Cookie, or Clothing Swap
• Mommy's Day Out
