We worship a God who answers prayers. He desires our praise, our confession, our requests.
He designed us to grow in him as we communicate our desires to him.
On Sunday evenings, from 5:30-6:30, during the school year, Prayer Fellowship
meets for an hour of directed prayer. At the beginning of the hour, we split into groups of 4-6 to pray over specific topics. Each week, prayers focus on a certain attribute of God and a specific need of the church.
Directed Prayer:
While freeform prayer has its place, at Prayer Fellowship, we follow the same format every session. Each week,
participants receive a paper detailing the subjects for that hour. A group leader directs the timing of the prayer following the ACTS model.

Praying in Agreement
Each prayer is prayed in agreement. This means that before a person jumps in on a new topic or request,
he/she reiterates or expands on the prayer of the person who spoke before. Praying in agreement helps us to
listen to what our fellow Christians are sharing with God and consider what it means to be part of a praying community.
Praying the Names of God
Each week we focus on a name of God or a different aspect of his person, from his majesty to his holiness, to his
faithfulness, to his love.
